Rick Kent Family Reunion 5/24

This year it was my turn to be in charge of the family reunion. Since we are moving I decided to just have it one day, we rented a big bounce house for the little and some of the big (Becki & Caleb) kids. Played a lil volleyball and had a water balloon fight. I think over all it turned out pretty good!

I sure love all my family but these tiny nieces and nephews always bring a smile to my face! I sure am going to miss them. 

Super Sad Days....

The last few weeks we've had some sad days....

I'm excited for a fresh start and to get our lil family back together. But the closer it gets it's getting hard to think we are really leaving all we have ever known. 

My poor Maddi has struggled so much and it's hard to take when you feel like you are the one causing your own child's pain. But I do know this is the right thing for us and we will keep pressing forward and make the best of what's ahead.

My sad day was my last day @ Vulcraft. I have honestly never been treated so good at a job and also been able to love the people I worked with. I loved what I did and all the people I talked to every day. My boss was amazing and I will always love the friendships I made while I was there.

My last week we had lunch or got taken out every day, it was the bomb! Then my last day I came into these awesome signs Kristie had made for me. She was amazing and made my whole day.

My lil band boy!

This lil man played his lil heart out last night at his band concert. He has loved band, and I have loved listening to him play. 

Good job Pal! 

Dancing Diva....

This girl of mine has absolutely LOVED dancing! She has improved so much over the last few years. She was super sad that this was her last year with Vadel's. She danced her lil heart out last night and I'm so proud of her!

a lil country livin...

Well today was my birthday! I am defiantly getting older, pretty close to the big 4-0! Yikes!

Maddi had dance early this morning and the rest of the fam. was up at the K9 Compound doin a lil branding... So I spent my b-day with my FAMILY! 😊 It was pretty low key but it was fun! After we were done I went home and took a nice lil nap...

I love all my lil (& big) nieces and nephews,they are so cute and always bring a smile to my face! I'm sure going to miss seeing them especially as they grow. 

This lil man of mine has LOVED living at grandpa and grandma's and livin the country life. He had lots of fun helping grandpa today. He thought about eating these lil gems for lunch.... YuM! But he ate pizza instead. 

Addi and I were the picture takers.... She is a lil diva! And I love her to pieces, her daddy says she is a lil sassy just like her aunt Mandi! 

I'm grateful for my dad and his example of hard work and never giving up.

BoYs will be BoYs!

I love this kid! There are lots of days he doesn't listen and I'd like to beat him... LoL But most days he makes me proud! I love that he has a great imagination and can entertain his self for hours. He has absolutely been in heaven in Fielding at my parents house. It's a whole new world and he loves it!

We have had lots of rain and he has been mud boggin the heck out of my mountain bike. :)

South Carolina

So I got to go on a lil vacation with some AWESOME friends! We took a lil trip to South Carolina and stayed @ Chris & Stacie's before they move to WA.

It was in the mid 90's and AMAZING! The beach was my favorite part... 

I loved being able to spend some of my last days before moving with one of my very best friends (Jerian). She has been by my side through some pretty rough times and been an excellent example and my strength. I'm sure going to miss her! I'm so grateful for all the fun times we've had and all the memories we have together and with our families. I LOVE YOU MISS!

It was also nice to spend time with Alisha and Michelle and get to know them a lil better before we join them in AZ. I'm grateful for them welcoming me and my family.

This is my favorite part of the trip....

Stacie's house was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! This is out back by the pool :) I loved the waterfall, it was fun relaxing by the pool! Glad my next house has a pool... Woot woo!
